Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the nx999 platform and all its services. By accessing nx999 through the website, app, or any other means, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. nx999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on nx999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Each person may create only one account.
• The account must be created in your own name; operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• All information provided must be completely truthful and your own.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Scanned copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

nx999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in account closure.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account is strictly prohibited.

Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on nx999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks, such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency & Tax

All transactions will be in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The player is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties on winnings. nx999 does not deduct taxes or provide tax advice.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

nx999 offers attractive bonus offers for its players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

• Wagering multiplier: 25x (of the bonus amount).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• The deadline to meet wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is awarded.
• Wagering contribution may vary by game — details will be provided with each bonus offer.

4.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

Misuse of the bonus system, attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, or using any fraudulent method will result in account closure and cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, nx999 offers various special offers, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

VIP Program

nx999 has a four-tier VIP program for loyal players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

You can advance to higher tiers through continued play. VIP cashback is calculated at the end of each week and automatically credited to your account. Applicable wagering requirements for VIP cashback withdrawals will be communicated in the relevant offer notification.

Gameplay & Fair Play

6.1 Permitted Activities

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting any technical glitch in the system.
• Any attempt at money laundering or processing illegal funds.

If evidence of the above prohibited activities is found, the account may be immediately suspended and permanently closed, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Errors

Transactions resulting from any technical error or system failure will be considered void. In such circumstances, nx999 will not accept any liability and will not be obligated to pay out winnings arising from that error.

Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. If pending wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled; however, the actual deposited balance will be returned.

9.2 Account Suspension or Closure by nx999

nx999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity.
• False identity or failure to complete verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Being identified as a minor.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the balance may be forfeited and the right to open a new account will be revoked.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nx999 will not be liable for the following:

• Issues caused by internet or network disruptions.
• Damage caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Unauthorized use of account information (if caused by your own negligence).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

All games are provided "as is". Winning or losing in games is entirely the result of a random process and there is no guarantee of any specific outcome.

Our support team will review the issue and provide a resolution within a reasonable time. If it cannot be resolved through customer service, the matter can be escalated to a higher level.

11.2 Final Decision

In disputes regarding game results, our server logs will be considered as final evidence. The decision of nx999 management will be considered final and binding.

Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between nx999 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, only that provision will be voided and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.

12.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in Bengali. The Bengali version will take precedence in matters of interpretation. Any translation is provided for informational purposes only.

12.4 Assignment of Rights

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. nx999 may transfer its rights at any time.
